The Court is open from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and 8:00 am to 6:30 pm on Tuesday.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before closing when filing documents or conducting other business in the courthouse.

The Perrysburg Municipal Court was established on January 1, 1960, under the authority of Section 1901.01 of the Ohio Revised Code.
The jurisdiction of the Perrysburg Municipal Court covers the territorial area of the cities of Perrysburg, Rossford, and Northwood; the townships of Perrysburg, Lake, and Troy; and the villages of Luckey, Millbury and Walbridge.
Traffic or criminal violations must occur within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.
To file a small claims or civil case in the Perrysburg Municipal Court, the action must have occurred or the defendant must reside within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. Someone filing a trusteeship must reside within the Court's jurisdiction.
The monetary jurisdiction is a maximum of $6,000 for a small claim filing and $15,000 for a civil filing.

Judge Ohanian performs weddings by appointment only and are conducted on Wednesday afternoons after 2:00 p.m. and Friday afternoons after 1:30pm. Ohio residents must obtain a marriage license from the probate court in the county where the bride or groom resides (Wood County Probate Court in Bowling Green 419.354.9230 (web site) or Lucas County Probate Court in Toledo 419.213.4361 (web site) prior to the scheduled marriage date. If neither party is a resident of Ohio, the marriage may be solemnized only in the county where the license is obtained. The Court charges $15 for the service (payable by cash or check); the Judge does not accept gratuities.
