SCHOOL TOURS

The court welcomes tours from local schools and scout troops.  Call 419-872-7915 to schedule a tour for your group.  Most tours are scheduled in the morning, a busy time when children can view court in session.  The judge spends time with each group answering questions and explaining many aspects of our legal system.  The tour includes areas of the court the public normally does not see including judge’s chambers, the law library, and the holding area where people in custody are secured while awaiting their turn in court.
