MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Perrysburg Municipal Court is to serve those persons who may become involved in the legal system in a professional, courteous manner.

  1. We will provide quality service to the  public.
     

  2. We will work diligently to maintain case flow within the required time limitations and comply with the Ohio Supreme Court's Rules of Superintendence.
     

  3. We will treat all persons using the legal system fairly and courteously.
     

  4. We will be helpful and considerate in aiding the public with any problems and provide accurate and timely information.
     

  5. We will expand our knowledge about our duties and implement new procedures as necessary.
