Perrysburg Municipal Court
   Wood County, Ohio

"Pendency of a case" means as long as the case is open.  If an individual pleads guilty to a charge of domestic violence and there is an active TPO, that TPO is terminated when the defendant is sentenced.  If a defendant enters into a domestic violence program for deferred finding, the TPO is valid until the case is dismissed by the judge.
